Terms of use

These terms cover the use of rethymnoexcursions.com. They sit beside the booking policy and the privacy policy. Intertrip and Intertrip Tours do not currently publish standalone terms pages; the operator names and contact lines here are the ones those sites print in their footers.

The website

Pages describe villas, private days and transfer routes so you can decide what to ask for. Copy is planning guidance, not a live inventory feed. Photographs of villas and tours are the operators’ own; some editorial scenes are licensed from Pexels and credited on the image.

Nothing on this site takes a payment. A published drive time or inclusion list is not a fare. Rates are quoted for your party, luggage and dates.

Who you contract with

Tours and transfers: Intertrip Tours (https://intertriptours.gr/). Villas and stays: Intertrip (https://intertrip.gr/). Rethymno Excursions is the enquiry layer in front of them. A booking exists when the operator confirms it in writing, on the terms they send with that confirmation.

Enquiries

Send accurate dates, passenger counts, flight or sailing numbers and the stay address. We pass that to the operator. A WhatsApp or email reply that still asks for details is not a confirmed booking. Keep the written quote.

Cancellations, weather and access

Cancellation windows, weather, child seats, waiting time and entrance fees follow the operator confirmation and the booking policy. Cave and archaeological tickets, where they apply, are usually paid at the gate and can change without this website being updated first.

Liability

We take care with facts we mark as confirmed. Road conditions, opening hours and sea state still change. The operator is responsible for the vehicle, the guide and the stay. Greek law and the courts of Rethymno apply to disputes about this website.
