Nothing on this site takes a payment. Every excursion and transfer is confirmed in writing against your dates first.
The sequence
- You send an enquiry with your dates, your party and where you are staying.
- We check availability with the operator and confirm the operational details — duration, start time, vehicle, and any entrance fees on the route.
- You receive the total in writing, with what is included and what is not.
- Only then does anything get booked or charged, and the booking is made with the operator rather than with this website.
Who you are actually contracting with
Excursions and transfers are operated by Intertrip Tours. Accommodation enquiries go to Intertrip. These are related businesses. Their terms govern the service you book; this site is the planning and enquiry layer in front of them.
Where a page links out to a booking platform, it says which platform, and the link is tagged as a commercial referral. You should never be surprised by where a button takes you.
Terms still being finalised
Cancellation windows, weather cancellation terms, deposit handling, waiting allowances on transfers, child seat provision and accessibility commitments are operator policy, and they are being confirmed in writing before this site launches publicly.
We are not publishing a plausible-sounding version in the meantime. Until each is confirmed, they are stated to you individually with your quote, and that written quote is what applies.
Weather
Crete’s north and south coasts run different weather, often on the same day, so a forecast that rules out one route rarely rules out all of them. Our working preference is to change the plan rather than drive you somewhere unusable, and to have that conversation before setting off rather than at the beach.
Changes and honesty about fit
If we think a day will not suit your group — the Preveli descent is the usual case — we will say so before you book, and suggest the route that does. We would rather lose a booking than sell a day someone cannot enjoy.
